Let's talk donuts....

Hi! I'm new to Modesto. I was living in Manteca before moving here.
Does anyone have a favorite bakery? I don't eat a lot of donuts, but I do love them and if I am gonna have a special treat, I don't want to waste my calories on something just "okay". By the way, Manteca didn't have any good donuts to offer either lol.

I second the motion on Mr. T's. We live in Turlock, but my husband played baseball up here on Sundays and I'd come up mainly so I could go to Mr. T's. And, I suppose, watch baseball.

I have to admit that my favorite donut place in Mr. T's on Standiford and Tully in Modesto.  They have the BEST donuts and have stayed in business , while chains like Krispy Kreme, have come and gone.  I'm like you, I don't have it often, but when I do, it's the good stuff!

Hi there, I get my muffins from Valley Donuts located in Riverbank, and it's quite GOOD. Though, if you like yogurt as well, you should try L.A. Cultures self serve forzen yogurt located in Modesto (Coffee and Floyd). It's so good, very similar to Pink Berry, Red Mango and Yogurtland. Healthy and low calories if you don't go overbored on the toppings.
